Marrowbone Broth (210 ml)
It is produced by boiling calf marrowbones over low heat for long hours. During boiling, the bone marrow melts and mixes with the bone broth. The layer on the jar is the fat of the bone marrow. Its consumption with fat is recommended. It has the purity and taste that can be drunk in the glass.
Production with Traditional Methods
Like every product we produce, our Marrowbone Broth is produced and bottled by hand with traditional methods, with a very meticulous work in all production stages.
Natural Protection with Sterilization Method
The process of purifying from all microorganisms is called sterilization. After the product is bottled, it is kept under high pressure and at high temperature for a certain period of time to kill the living microorganisms in it. Thus, it gains shelf life without the use of preservatives and additives and is protected as long as the cover is not opened.
Gels In The Refrigerator
Gels in the refrigerator. The gelled bone broth melts again at room temperature and turns into a liquid form. This conversion does not cause nutrient or collagen loss. There is no need to gel the melted bone broth, but to do so, it should be boiled again.
Calf Marrowbone, ginger root, celery stalk, black pepper, organic apple cider vinegar, bay leaf, onion, garlic, our own filtered drinking water.
Consumption in Infants
It can be added to babies' soup in small amounts after the transition to complementary food.
• Fermente Mutfağım Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is added into a warmed glass of bone broth and drunk.
• It is added to soups and dishes to give flavor.
• Our Marrowbone broth is used as a natural skin and hair mask. When used as a mask, the fat layer is separated and only bone broth is used.
Use for skin: Apply in sufficient amounts and wait until it dries. After rinsing with water, the skin is washed with our Pine Tar Soap. Then, our Fermented Skin Tonic is applied to the skin, and our Centaury Oil Cream is applied in the evening and our Day Care Cream with Pomegranate Seed Oil during the day and massaged. It should be applied at least once a week for effective results.
Usage for hair: Apply a sufficient amount and wait until it dries. The hair rinsed with water is washed with our Pine Tar Soap and rinsed until the soap is free from the hair. Finally, the water to which our Organic Fermented Apple Vinegar is added is poured into the hair and the process is terminated without further rinsing.
Weight and Storage
• 210 ml. in a glass jar.
• It can be stored for until its recommended consumption date in a cool and dim place without direct exposure to heat and light.
• After Opening the Cover: Keep in the refrigerator. Consume within three days. * You can keep the excess bone broth, in small paper cups as much as you want in the freezer.
