Ground Rock Salt
It is obtained by grinding unrefined and unprocessed rock salt from Çankırı Region. It is used in all kinds of pickles, cooking and wherever salt is needed. Since there is no synthetic input in its content, it may clump and harden in the jar over time. The hardened salt returns to its original state with a small stroke. It is therefore not suitable for use in salt shakers. For table use, it is recommended to pour " Granular Rock Salt " into a mill and grind it.
Weight and Storage
• 400 gr. in a glass jar.
• It can be stored for up to 2 years in a cool and dry place without direct exposure to heat and light.

It does not contain preservatives, additives and gluten. It is 100% rock salt.
